- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 18, 2020, by Sheila RushBrought a Tux at the Forestville Mall location placed my items on layaway (38 pants and 40 jacket) and someone went in the back and exchanged my items. My purchase was 7 months ago, I picked up my items within the 30 days as specified on my layaway ticket. My photo shoot was last weekend and when I went to put on my pants they were a 40 and my jacket was a 46. The store will not exchange or give me my money back so that I may go to another store and purchase. I spend to much money at this store to be treated like this , whatever happen to customer service with a smile....
