  I was just at store 1553 and made a purchase with my teenage daughter. My transaction was 8363. The selection and prices were great. But our cashier spoke so very rudely to a customer in front of us, it ruined the entire experience. From my receipt he is associate 553418. The customer was attempting to return 2 similar items, with her reciept, that I believe she got from a different Ross. Apparently at the time of the initial purchase one item did not have a tag, so the tagged item was "scanned" twice. The employee noted above belittled and fussed with the grown women for about 10 minutes. When she attempted diffuse the situation by going ro another cashier, he continued yell and gesture across the cashier area, in front of at least 6 customers waiting in in line. As a husband and father of both a wife and daughter, who frequent this store I was appalled. I would never want any woman, or any person to be subjected to the rantings of this employee, who called himself the assisted manager. Good prices and selection are nothing when matched with disgraceful customer service. I hope this female customer also reaches out.

  A super clean, super organized Ross. Very impressive considering that most locations are best described as disheveled. The selections of items was not very large, however, with lots of empty spaces on the shelves. The children's sections were particularly skimpy. Employees were very friendly!
